Your bin and fasteners were all shipped the same day that your order was placed on 2/12, and according to the tracking on your bin there was a series of weather delays and 'Customer not available or business closed' notifications from FedEx.com on the tracking of your bin. Please feel free to check out the detailed tracking information with FedEx.com tracking number 742910474964 to see that it was shipped on 2/12 as well. We are unfortunately not able to control the actions of carriers once we have shipped your order, though we use only the large and dependable carriers to minimize events such as this. I see the bin was finally delivered on 2/25 with a signature received at the time of delivery.
