We are dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for exchange, replacement, or a refund.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a restocking fee will be charged in the amount of 20%, and the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, an item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is subject to a 20% late restocking fee pending it is in original condition and packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have notified you of your refund and you haven’t received it yet, please check with your bank, or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 254 W. High Street, London, OH, 43140, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to have a return shipping label sent to you, as our cost is generally less than you taking it to a carrier to ship, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to process an exchange, please add a note to your returned item, and send us an email notifying us of your exchange request.
If you are shipping the item back on your own, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot refund items that don't make it back to us.
