Did well with order in general, but never did receive a 3/8-16 x 1" Grade 5 Coarse Zinc Carriage Bolt. On the order i placed order for 3/8-16 x 3/4 hex bolt along with the 3/8-16 x 1" Grade 5 Coarse Zinc Carriage Bolt. Received 3/8-16x3/4 and 3/8-16x1" regular hex head bolt. other than that was good service.

I am so very sorry that our warehouse send you regular hex head cap screws instead of the carriage bolt you ordered. We have reshipped the correct item via Priority Mail and it will be delivered on Thursday, 8/1. Again, our apologies for the error.
