We're sorry that you're not 100% satisfied with the kit that you purchased from us. We do try to keep a good ratio when it comes to bolts versus nuts and washers that you receive. For example, the 1/4' bolts included in the kit are 75 pieces versus you get 100 nuts, and 100 of each washer as these are smaller fasteners and more likely to be dropped/lost so you get a few extra of the smaller pieces. Whereas, the larger 7/16' bolts included are 21 pieces, and it includes 25 pieces of each nut, flat and lock washer. We try hard not to overload our kits with extra nuts and washers as many of our competitors do just to drive the piece count higher and make it appear that you're receiving so much more than you are. The kit you purchased is one of our smaller kits that is great for hobbyists and those that don't go through a lot of fasteners each month. We do hope you like your kit, and that you return to us when you need to refill a bin. We're sorry that you feel that way, as we try to just add what we think may be needed for the bolts included. We feel that the quantity provided is relevant to the bolts that are included in this kit, and the smaller quantities have more washers as they are the ones that are more likely to be dropped and lost on the shop floor due to their size.

1/2' bolts - 14, washers-15 of each flat and lock

3/8' bolts - 25, washers-40 of each

5/16' bolts - 50, washers-100 of each

1/4' bolts - 85, washers-100 of each
