Very nice kit. Until I noticed they were one set of bolts missing. Tried to reach out by chat and email. And never gotten a response. If not for that I would give it five stars.

I am so sorry that our warehouse neglected to complete your drawer kit prior to shipment. The chats we received from you were after our business hours, but you should have received an email response when we returned to the office on 7/24. The missing items have already been shipped and are expected to deliver on Thursday, 8/1. The pictures that we received through the chat were somewhat unclear, so please let us know if there are any other issues and we will gladly get them resolved. Again, our sincere apologies for the error!
